This nonprofit organization was initially registered and filed as COLOURORG, INC. in the state of Texas, USA, and for tax exemption status under the U. S. Internal Revenue Service Department.  However, on March 2021, the members were legally advised that to successfully file for a Federal Trademark Application with the United States Patent & Trademark Office (USPTO), the nonprofit organization’s name needed to be amended to CoLOURRise® Inc. The organization’s patent and trademark status is active and registered under the USPTO. All Rights Reserved.

Colour.org was filed in the state of Texas, USA, as a Nonprofit Organization on December 17, 2020. This nonprofit organization, COLOURORG, INC., is currently  named CoLOURRise® Inc.

During these uncertain economic and political times, securing predictable funds to execute all necessary and dire projects needed to meet our established goals can be a challenge.
